Protective offers convenient and secure self-service options that allow customers to quickly manage their accounts online. By visiting myaccount.protective.com, customers can register for an account and perform several online updates.
Enhancements were made earlier this year to enable online fund transfers for variable annuity contracts. This functionality is available for most variable annuity contract holders, including MONY. Later this year, fund transfers will extend to variable universal life policies.
In addition to variable annuity fund transfers, in-force customers can use My Account to:
- Access and download tax forms
- View and update account and profile information, including beneficiary changes
- Make online payments and manage recurring payments
- Sign up for eDelivery to receive statements/bills electronically
